Malan Breton started things off with a sophisticated yet edgy collection.  The atmosphere was a perfect setting for Worth & Worth because of all of the brands conceptual similarities.  Polished pieces with bold pops of color opened it up for hats of all shapes, colors and styles.  Breton’s collection allowed W&W to showcase why we stand alone in the fine hats market.  Along with our hats, there were hat-boxes and gloves that were styled into the show.  This was an easy integration between two dynamic brands that flourished into an amazing runway show!

Robert Geller’s English Punk/English Dandy approach to this years collection featured basic brims conducive to both eras.  His clothes took center stage and set the mood, while the dirt runway provided an extra element to the collection and show.  The value of a head-piece is extremely important to Robert Geller, he views it as the perfect cherry-on-top.  It can make the outfit complete and/or authentic.  In this years collection it acted as more of an authentication for the rest of the garments.

To round things up for this Fall/Winter 2012 season, our good friends from Bespoken incorporated a few hats courtesy of Worth & Worth in their presentation.  As they’ve done in the past, the Fayed and Goncalves brothers kept heritage as a major influence in their collection.  This year around our hats provided a more forward approach than in the past.  They acted as more of a modern piece to counteract the heavy dose of heritage seen throughout the collection.  A very wearable and well-thought out collection that cast light on the wearability of a hat…and not only any hat…a Worth & Worth hat.

A few months to breathe and then Spring 2013 in September!!

This past weekend, our staff here at Worth and Worth attended the festive Sweetheart Soiree which took place at the historic Bogardus Mansion in Tribeca. The annual retro theme event put on by vintage aficiendo, performer, and friend Michale Arenella, couldn’t have been a more perfect outlet for displaying a variety of our hats. The evening began with a dance lesson and in no time we were swinging the night away to the tunes of Mr. Arenell’s Dreamland Orchestra and making a lot of new friends as more and more men and women begin to pop up sporting, you guessed it, Worth and Worth hats!

After wining and dining and enjoying a bounty of glittering burlesque performances we were plenty ready for Valentines Day to arrive which got us thinking, what hat will YOU be wearing out on your date tonight?

On a warm and pleasant July evening we decided to have a small get-together. Champagne, great conversation, and of course amazing hats!

Thats not even the start of it…
Especially for the event we created almost 20 new hats…exclusive designs, elements of impressionism, and classic beauty with a hint of deformity. The soiree began to seem as though it was a Modern Art exhibition!
